Questions
Is there a commission on bookings?
No. You pay €59 excl. VAT a month, whether you get ten bookings or a thousand.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Before the trial ends, we write to you about moving to the subscription. You haven’t given a card: nothing is charged without your agreement.
Do I need a website?
No. Your booking page has its own address to share on Instagram, Google or by email. If you have a website, the widget adds to it with one line of code.
What about phone bookings?
Add them in the dashboard: they take their table like any other, and the widget stops offering that time.
Will the widget slow down my website?
No. The script weighs about ten kilobytes and loads after your page; the booking screen is prepared in the background.
Which languages?
The widget, the booking page and guest emails are in French, Dutch and English. The dashboard is in French for now.
Where is my data?
The database is in Frankfurt and the application runs in Europe. Your data stays yours: export your bookings whenever you like. Guests’ details are erased 24 months after their booking.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, with no commitment and no fees.
